Granadina, a successful venture

  • by

Granadina was born in Medellín as a project between friends, with no commercial interest. Little by little, Jennifer Granada, Juliana Granada, and Vaneza Peláez began to notice that their swimsuit designs were popular and received orders. At that moment, they decided to make them for a wider audience and offer different, stylish garments.

The three of them choose the designs after talking with their team of designers. They set the tone based on their tastes, their experiences, their way of seeing life and living it. Each swimsuit is an adventure. The print on each garment is unique, and as a general rule, each one of these garments must be comfortable, versatile, and tell a story.

Each Granadina swimsuit is unique and represents the essence of the group of friends. But there’s more. It’s not just about swimsuits, but about a lifestyle of real women who like to be comfortable, of course, but still look good on vacation and in their moments of sunbathing.

Although trends are important to the Granadina team, each garment is made with the heart. The swimwear that comes to market has a deep connection with life experiences.

Granadina is 100% Colombian. A project of friends who wanted to start a business, to undertake a project together. Currently, it generates 50 jobs among designers, seamstresses, cutters, printers, couriers, and the back office. It’s a team effort where learning is constant.
